Our continuum of care extends to supporting the emotional and spiritual needs of our patients, family members and visitors.

Our board certified chaplain coordinates spiritual and emotional care for Floyd Medical Center patients and families in need of hope, healing and compassion. In times of joy, sadness or difficult decisions, our chaplain is available to listen, talk, reflect, pray or assist in contacting a faith leader of the patient's choice.

At Floyd Medical Center, the spirituality of all persons is respected, even those who profess no particular religious faith. We are here to meet your spiritual and emotional needs, but we do not replace the active ministry provided by local clergy and visitors. Local clergy are welcome to visit with members of their ministries, at anytime.
