Floyd offers tuition assistance to regular, full-time Floyd employees who have worked at Floyd for at least one year and are pursuing training, development or advancement that will mutually benefit the employee and the organization.

Tuition assistance can be used to pay for the cost of tuition and books for classroom. To remain eligible, employees must pass all courses with a grade of B or higher.
